All copyright over a creation are exclusively represented by one or more NFT created by the creator. Only the one or those who own the NFT have the rights to the creation. This means that if the creator no longer owns an NFT, he no longer has any property rights over his creation.

All copyright over a creation are represented by one or more NFTs created by the creator and are shared with the creator who also keeps the rights. Only the one or those who own the NFT have the rights to the creation and the creator shares it with the holders of the NFT. The creator cannot bring an action for infringement against the holders of NFT and vice versa.
These licenses are not compatible with the OPENSOURCE licenses
